Birthday Stuff

THank you THank you for all the birthday wishes! It is so nice to feel so loved. I wanted to share what I got. My parents sent me a gift card to my favorite yarn store and this is what I got with it. The blue is for a sweater than I am going to make for myself. The Yoga socks will be my first attempt at socks and the hat is to make matching ones for my friend and I. My sweet husband also got me some music. I finally got the Michael Buble' CD that i have been trying to get since CHristmas and Jason Mraz and Corinne Baily Raye

Stitch Markers

I ordered too many beads online the other day and was having trouble figuring out what to do with them. I decided to make some stitch markers. They turned out really cute so I made a bracelet for myself as well!

Roses, Roses, and More Roses

I know I am running a little behind but I made these roses to put in the mothers day presents for the mothers in my class. They were all so excited to get one it was really cute!

Baies, babies, and more babies

Wow I know way too many people lately having babies! My cousin matt and his wife are expecting their first so these hats are for them. I also made a llight blue on ewith tiny cream stripes for one of the parents at the daycare that is expecting very soon. They are a quick easy project to make up and way less trouble than blankets! lol

John Michael had his first Chorus Performance tonight and it was adorable. We are so very proud that he has chosen something that he loves and is doing it. They all sang very well and conducted themselves better than I ever remember us having to do when I was in chorus. Enjoy this song it was way cute and i apologize for not getting the whole thing my memory card got too full!

Newest Projects

I have been knitting like a madwoman. The pink blanket is for a fellow knitter in my thursday night kniting group. We had a surprise baby shower for her this last week seeing as she is due the end of this month. SHe loved it and we all had a good time.

THe cream colored one is the begining of a bag for my sister-in-law. I keep making these projects and telling her they are going in the fair but this one really is. I will post pictures of it when I get the handles put on and it all sewed together.
